The Meehan Agency's BENEFLEX program is designed to fill the "benefits gap" experienced by individuals who do not have access to insurance through their employment.
Whether you are self-employed, a 1099 contractor, a retiree or an individual in need of a specific type of coverage for yourself or your family, the BENEFLEX program is designed to get you direct access to the coverages that you need.
The information below is provided so you can review available coverage options at your convenience. When your are ready to enroll, you have TWO enrollment methods available:
- Online Self Enrollment
- Enrollment Support Center with a Benefits Counselor (Provide BENEFLEX ID shown above)
Option 1: To self enroll online, simply click the associated link on this page and you will be directed to the enrollment platform for the carrier of your choice. On their secured enrollment site, you will input your personal information, select the coverages that you would like to purchase and set up your payment information.
Option 2: To work with a Benefits Counselor in The Meehan Agency's Enrollment Support Center, you have TWO options:
- Speak with a Benefits Counselor by calling into our Enrollment Support Center @ 321-221-2910 Availability: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Mon-Fri and provide the BENEFLEX ID shown above.
- Schedule a time that is convenient to your calendar and a Benefits Counselor will call you directly. Just click the "Schedule a Benefits Counselor" button.
- Scheduling your enrollment will allow you to avoid wait times and provide you time to get any required information ready for your call, such as social security numbers and birthdates for each person that needs to be covered.
- NOTE: There are NO fees for speaking with a Benefits Counselor. The Enrollment Support Center is a service provided by The Meehan Agency to assist you in your enrollment.
- Please make note of and provide the enrollment support team with the BENEFLEX ID number shown in the contact information above.
